All sales are final. Due to the nature of our research compounds, Metanoia does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you believe you’ve received the wrong item or your package was damaged during transit, contact us
within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and our fulfillment team will assist in reviewing your case.

Metanoia reserves the right to replace any verified damaged or incorrect items at our discretion.
